Guild of Ascension is a Tactical-Action-RPG, mixing Turn-Based Tactics with Real-Time Action combat system. Use your mind to planned ahead and think about the best way to deal with your enemies. Use your skills to execute your actions and chain devastating combo until the last millisecond of your turn.
Climb your way up to the top, craft and unlock many weapons and items with various effects, overcome all the various challenges that the Goddess have placed here to test you, and play around with thousand of Abilities combination that will changes your strategies and your playstyle.

Our original goal was trying to mix the deep rewarding feeling of overcoming a difficult enemy in action games like Dark Souls or Monster Hunter, with the feeling of near infinite combination of effect in tactical game like Into the Breach and XCOM. After a few prototype with only the turn-based tactical system, we find out that increasing the difficulty of those games gave them more of a Puzzle feeling.
After prototyping our turn in Real-Time, it was clear for us, now that you could make mistake, succeeding at your actions was so much more rewarding, and keeping the game turn-based, give you more time to think about your actions, making those hard-core rewarding game, much more accessible.
